The month widget displays a full Persian calendar month; users can click on any particular day within the widget to open that specific date directly in the main app. The widget's appearance and displayed information, such as showing events or holidays, can be customized by long-pressing the widget itself and adjusting its settings. This provides instant, glanceable information without opening the application.

Accessibility with TalkBack Support

The Persian Calendar is fully compatible with Android’s TalkBack screen reader, making it accessible for users with visual impairments. When TalkBack is enabled on the device, the app’s interface becomes navigable through touch exploration and auditory feedback. Tapping on any element, such as a date or menu option, triggers the screen reader to announce its function. All buttons and informational text are properly labeled for this purpose.
